城市隱形地標！台南市污水下水道建設6年 接管達20.9萬戶
汙水下水道系統被稱為城市隱形地標，台南市6年來花費105億元修建公共汙水下水道，全市現有20.9萬戶接管，接管率增加近10％排名6都第4，台南市長黃偉哲表示，汙水下水道是城市必備的基礎設施。
台南市6年前，城市接管率僅19％，今年推進到28.5％，其中「安平污水系統大同分區汙水接管工程第4標」近日剛完工，大同路部分區域接管率更達119％。
台中支票借錢依中央建築法規定，未接管的住戶，仍需設置汙水處理設施，但早期的化糞池與現階段的住戶的汙水處理設施的維護狀況差，乾淨程度未如淨化場來的好，陸續產生環境汙染問題。
為避免為接管區域的汙染，台南市水利局除將汙水截流到水資中心處理，另興建13座水質淨化場處哩，減少對環救的影響。
台南市水利局表示，地下道汙水管系統是「吃力不討好的」工程，全市6年來花費上百億經費，建置7大污水下水道系統，接管約20.9萬戶，接管率才推進9.47％。
